The two towers of 600 North Lake Shore Drive, developed by Belgravia Group and Sandz Development and designed by Pappageorge / Haymes, are under construction concurrently in Streeterville. In the first week of February, workers at the 40-story north tower had reached the 36th floor and planned to top off the building by the end of the month. The south tower was 14 stories off the ground. Sixteen condos, with prices ranging from the $440s to $1.6 million, are still available in the north tower. The south tower, which is more than 40 percent sold, has one- to three-bedroom units priced from the $360s to $1.78 million. Sales associate Royal Fisher said deliveries in the north tower would begin in June or July, and the south tower will be available starting in May or June of 2008. A sales center is located across from the site at 481 E. Ohio St.
