Construction on the River North high-rise 757 Orleans @ Chicago is underway.
Workers are currently building the project’s parking garage, which will run from the second to fifth floors, according to Dana Berke, a sales consultant with The Gammonley Group, the developer.
When it’s complete, the 22-story building will have 198 condos. Amenities will include a fitness center, an outdoor terrace on the sixth floor with a swimming pool and a sun deck, and a business / conference room. The development is more than 50 percent sold, Berke says. Prices range from the $270s to the $420s.
First deliveries are expected in July 2008, Berke says.
