We showed you Melrose Partners‘ Lincoln Park condo conversion 955 West Webster when it was hidden entirely under a blue tarp, but the curtain has now been pulled back, and the developer has given us a peek at the wizard… err, the three-unit condo building. The first couple of floors will be retail space. There’s still some work to be done to make the building live up to the old-world abode shown in the rendering, so we’ll keep you posted.
