Avenue East will be topped out at 27 stories this month, said sales director Michael Hampton. The top of the 133-unit building, located at 160 E Illinois St in Streeterville, is a three-tiered green roof with a landscaped deck, and there are 10,000 square feet of retail space at the base. Fourteen two-bedroom condos (some with dens) remain for sale, and prices range from the $550s to the $960s. Hampton anticipated deliveries beginning between August and September. The sales center is located on the 48th floor at 474 N Lake Shore Dr, where condos are also for sale from the $210s to the $970s.
