Construction on the townhomes at Dubin Residential‘s Wabash Club has come a long way since we last stopped by this summer (left). The block of homes that was barely framed at that point is all but finished now, and a new block is now under construction. The development has 62 two-bedroom townhomes priced from the $390s to the $450s, and Dubin is advertising a $10,000 discount or 5.25 percent fixed financing on all homes purchased by January 15.
