The base of the 92-story tower has been topped off, blue glass is crawling farther up the concrete skeleton, and workers are seven stories into the construction of the second part. Trump has recently made news for pulling the plug on a “friends and family” deal offered in 2003 and, of course, for slinging mud at the skyscraper that would trump his by more than 50 stories.
