We’ve been watching the metamorphosis of the South Water Market into University Commons, which takes up five city blocks around 1000 W 15th St in University Village. At 824 loft units (priced from the $220s), The Enterprise Companies‘ development is probably the largest active development in the city, but construction still seems to be moving surprisingly quickly.
