We’ve been following the construction of Dubin Residential‘s Wabash Club pretty closely because, as new townhome developments go, it is one of the biggest. The 62-unit project has unfolded in phases, so construction has already wrapped up on some of the townhomes. Last time we checked in, Dubin was offering a $10,000 discount or 5.25 percent financing to buyers. This time around, there’s an offer on their Web site for a $25,000 discount or the 5.25 percent financing. That deal applied only to contracts closed by today, though. Prices at Wabash Club range from the $450s to the $500s.
