Paramount Homes, the developer behind Bucktown Station, plans to build dubiously dubbed “single family row homes” at 777 S Dearborn St in Printers Row. The first phase of The Row Homes of Printers Row will have five units with private entrances and green space, floor-to-ceiling windows, decks and green roofs. The contemporary design is by Funke Architecture, who we found out is behind this radical single-family home that drew raves from our readers. Sudler Sotheby’s is presenting the homes, priced from $2.5 million, by appointment only.
