Of the 24 different floor plans available at Centrum Properties‘ Lofts at Roosevelt Collection, only a couple have floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides of their living / dining areas, according to sales associate Jeremy Forman.
In floor plan “V,” located in the project’s western building, glass bounds the south and east sides of a 19-2″ x 17-1″ living room. A 5-8″ x 7-6″ balcony opens to the south near an island kitchen.
Although these homes are the close to Roosevelt Avenue, it looks like even the lowest one (located on the third story of an eight-story building) still clears the elevated street, so every unit should maintain an unobstructed view to the south. The eastern windows will overlook the project’s retail units, parking areas and landscaped midway.
The 16-3″ x 9-11″ master bedroom also has a southward-facing window, as well as three closets, a work space and an adjoining master bathroom. An 11′ x 9-7″ second bedroom shares the living room’s eastern wall of windows. It has two closets including the unit’s only walk-in, and connects to the home’s second bath.
Six condos with this 1,294 square-foot floor plan are available starting in the $530s, Forman says. The entire Lofts of Roosevelt Collection project is scheduled for completion in 2009.
