Developer Dubin Residential has found the solution for buyers who are looking to purchase one of its Wabash Club townhomes but are having trouble unloading their old condos. Until Aug. 15, the developer is offering buyers up to $30,000 to pay the mortgage on their old condo. They can also elect to have Dubin foot the bill on the new townhome for up to six months, or they can simply walk away with an extra $30K. Closeout prices on the remaining two-bedroom townhomes, located on the 2300 block of South Wabash Ave, range from the $560s to the $580s.
