Deliveries have begun and construction is nearing completion at 2602 – 2622 W Diversey Ave, a new condo project from Deva Development in Logan Square.

The five-floor elevator building’s one-, two- and three-bedroom condos are about 75 percent sold, according to Tim Lambert, a Koenig & Strey GMAC Real Estate sales agent who is marketing the project. Prices on remaining units start in the $380s and include parking.

Finishes include stainless steel appliances, granite counters, nine- to 10-foot ceiling heights, maple cabinets, hardwood floors, private balconies, and marble baths with Jacuzzi tubs.

The building has four commercial spaces on the ground floor, none of which have been leased yet. Lambert says the developer is open to “anything but food.”

Although the development is located about a block from 90/94, Lambert says the building’s steel-and-concrete construction cuts the noise to a minimum.

Across the street from the the project is the former Frederick Cooper lamp factory, which will soon be converted by Baum Realty to Green Exchange, an eco-friendly retail and office space that will be leased exclusively to businesses offering sustainable products and services.

Lambert expects the final units of 2602 – 2622 W Diversey to be completed within one to two months.
