Yesterday, Manoj Mukkada from the MyCityHome Group and Keller Williams Realty joined me at 740 Fulton in the Fulton River District to discuss some of the price cuts for the remaining homes in that development.
As Mukkada explains in the video, The Thrush Companies launched the development and projected the pricing at the height of the market. Since then, market conditions have soured and they are left with between 20 and 30 unsold homes. Now, a handful of those homes are being sold at significantly reduced prices.
