I’ve just learned from an agent with the Wolf Residential Group that just two homes are still for sale in The Vue, McHugh Development & Construction‘s 22-unit condo development at 1550 W Cornelia Ave in Lake View.
Both of the available units have three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, although they differ slightly in size and price. The first, a 1,770 square-foot condo located on the third floor, is priced in the $580s, while the other is 1,960 square-foot home located on the fifth and top floor that’s priced in the $600s. Garage parking is offered for an extra $25,000 per space.
