After crawling through North Avenue traffic between Sedgwick Street and the Chicago River, Mark and I made our way to the Kennedy Expressway overpass and into the eastern half of the Wicker Park / Bucktown area. Once we reached the 1700 block of West North, we were able to pull off to the side of the road and check out two of the few new-construction developments left with unsold homes.
