The green building movement has been taking hold in Chicago.
Join YoChicago’s Joe Zekas and Dynaprop Development’s Rick Turner for a brief overview of some of the eco-friendly features at Eco18, 1830 S. Wabash, a high-rise with more than the usual focus on green building. The building will be seeking Gold certification, the second highest level of LEED certification. To our knowledge, it’s the only high-rise in Chicago at that level.
