JP Stellas Properties converted the vintage graystone at 1262 W Bryn Mawr Ave into four gut-rehabbed condos, and there’s also a 2,200-square-foot coach house in the rear. Prices range from the $370s to the $610s.
Highland Club, located at 1401 W Highland Ave, has 12 rehabbed condos with two bedrooms. Prices start in the $220s.
The Glen Club, located at 5603 N Glenwood Ave, has 23 rehabbed condos with two or three bedrooms. Prices range from the $200s to the $280s.
Atproperties is marketing two-bedroom condos at 1715 W Bryn Mawr from the $340s to the $390s.
