Elliott Homebuilders, Inc. has started sales for a new batch of single-family homes in the Irving Park neighborhood. Avondale Estates comprises 20 two-story houses, planned for a site bounded by Avondale Avenue, Addison Street and Hamlin Avenue, formerly occupied by Wittick’s golf products. The Addison exit on the Kennedy Expressway is just to the east.
The houses will have three to five bedrooms, 3.5 baths, finished basements and two-car garages, with three-car garages optional for some sites. Prices range from the $810s to the $890s.
The project doesn’t have a Web site yet, but it will soon, according to Don Collignon, of Meyer / Fredericks & Associates, Ltd., which is doing P.R. for the builder. There is a sales number to call: 773-539-8300.
Elliott has built homes primarily in suburbs such as Glenview, Northbrook, Deerfield, Lake Forest, Park Ridge and Arlington Heights.
