One of the neighborhood amenities Belgravia Group believes will attract families to East Pilsen is a planned expansion of Jefferson Playlot Park near the intersection of 16th and Jefferson streets, just south of Belgravia’s new Union Row townhomes.
Belgravia Vice President Zev Salomon took us around the corner to the site of the park following our Union Row tour. The city should start work on the park expansion sometime this summer, he says.
