The second leg of our South Shore drive-around this week took us through some slow-moving traffic along 71st Street to the Shoreline Condominiums, located in the 2300 block between Crandon and Oglesby avenues. Alliance Property Group’s 27 new condos start in the $190s and feature private yards, garage parking, hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and marble bath finishes.
Along the way, we pass through one of the community’s commercial corridors (there’s a Starbucks!) and even a development dustbunny — an empty lot with a sign advertising the arrival of new condos in 2007.
