Beyond the renderings, I haven’t got too much information on these two developments that Greenline Development is planning to build at 6616 and 6653 S Greenwood Ave in Woodlawn. Developer Benjamin Van Horn sent me the renderings after I visited a few of his current developments earlier in the week.
As with Van Horn’s other active developments, both of these eight-unit buildings are designed by Hanna Architects, a firm that’s been designing small and medium-size condo developments all over the city. Van Horn says he has permits, and construction will begin on these two buildings as soon as the three on the 6600 block of South Ingleside Avenue sell out.
