The 80,000 square-foot outdoor space will include a sundeck and gardens, a pool and hot tub, gazebos and poolside cabanas, barbeque areas, outdoor showers, a running track and a fire pit. And that’s in addition to the six-acre Park at Lakeshore East. At the end of Chicago’s three weeks of summer weather, residents can head inside for some more aqua in the indoor lap pool and Whirlpool.
