After the Chicago Sun-Times ran a tongue-in-cheek headline about a new hotline established by City Hall’s corruption watchdog — 1-800-Turn-’em-In — Mayor Daley’s handpicked Inspector General, David Hoffman, bought the number and is having calls to it directed to the corruption hotline. Meanwhile, Tony Soprano has set up a similar hotline to report evidence of organized crime.
