Dean Froehlich bought his farm when he was a senior in high school, continuing a family tradition that started with his grandfather in 1932.
Based in St Joseph Michigan, Froehlich’s Finest grows flowers and a variety of fruits and vegetables. He emphasizes flavor in the fruits and vegetables he and his wife and children grow.
Dean is in his sixth year at the French Market. You can also find him in Lincoln Park on Saturdays, in Libertyville on Wednesdays, and his wife is in Elmhurst on Thursdays.
