In the first part of a 3-part video, above, Houliah — the director of marketing for Sutherland Pearsall Developers — talks about some of the development along Drexel Blvd. In the second and third parts he walks us through one of the penthouses in his building and talks about he bought there, and who’s been moving to North Kenwood and why.
