As Trio Loft Condominiums nears a sellout in Chicago’s Fulton River District Christine Lutz and I visited a few of the nearby attractions.
Carnivale Is a block west of Trio and the Jefferson Tap is a block east. A bright new Jewel supermarket is a few steps to the north and across the street from the Jewel is a neighborhood park with an off-leash dog area. Trio is within easy walking distance of train stations and an El stop, and has easy access to the city’s expressway grid.
