Earlier today I visited an open house at Focus Development’s Church Street Station, a project that was completed and sold out about 7 years ago.
For many, the development’s prime attraction will be its location close to the CTA and Metra stops at Davis Street, and the array of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.
