We’ve been talking about Living Green Lofts, located at 1501 E 65th St in Woodlawn, for a while, but here is our first look at the 25-unit development, which was designed by Florian Architects. Condos will have one to three bedrooms, 900 to about 2,000 square feet and rooftop solar panels. Some units have private outdoor gardens or decks, and the building has a rooftop garden. Prices range from the $180s to the $360s.
