Heaps of courtyard buildings go condo on northwest side

We hardly ever see new-construction courtyard buildings, but we’ve seen a rash of courtyard conversions on the northwest side. We spotted these two across the street from each other in Albany Park. Sacramento Court (left), at 4330 N Sacramento Ave, has one- to three-bedroom condos priced from the $160s to the $260s; Sacramento Gardens, at 4341 N Sacramento, has 22 condos with one or two bedrooms priced from the $170s.
