How Sandz Development will build Webster Square

After giving us an overview of the entire Webster Square proposal, Sandz Development principal David Goldman guided us around the old Lincoln Park Hospital property and explained how each building on site would be adapted into new residences, offices, or retail space.

In most cases, Sandz plans to keep the existing structures, albeit with updated facades. The most significant change may be on Grant Place, where Sandz plans to replace two existing brick buildings with up to 40 two- to four-bedroom homes built to match the profile of residential buildings across the street.
