Sales of existing homes will drop 6 percent this year and sales of new homes are likely to fall 10.9 percent, according to the latest forecast from the National Association of Realtors, which was released yesterday.
The NAR news release headline: “Housing market to stay on high plateau.”
Most businesses would consider a nearly 11% drop in sales as going off a cliff rather than remaining on a high plateau.
