Yesterday I visited Motor Row Lofts with developer Paul Zucker to get a look at one of the project’s finished units and the building’s southern courtyard. Deliveries have just begun at the development, located at 2301 – 2315 S Michigan Ave. Approximately 30 one- to three-bedroom units are left at prices from the $270s to the $650s.
