Here’s a look at one of the two graystone buildings that make up Abbott Court Condominiums, a 15-unit Lake View conversion that we brought up a couple months ago. This building, at 2815 N Orchard Ave, is actually the second phase in the development, but we saw workers trudging back and forth between here and the first phase, a smaller building at 2828 N Orchard Ave (pictured inside), which also has a two-bedroom coach house behind it. Condos have two or three bedrooms and are rehabbed with Italian cherry cabinetry, granite, marble and stainless steel appliances.
