YoChicago’s new Lincoln Park journal contributor, Diana, is a Philadelphia transplant in awe of the neighborhood’s cleanliness. We’d generally agree, though we have to wonder if she’s strolled Lincoln Avenue at 3 a.m. on a Saturday.
