Since I was in the neighborhood on Friday, I decided to switch on the video camera and get some shots of construction near the intersection of State Street and Delaware Place. It’s the site of three high-rises currently under development: The Elysian at 11 E Walton St, the south tower of Walton on the Park at 1 W Walton St, and Ten East Delaware at 10 E Delaware Pl. (Work on Walton on the Park’s north tower will begin sometime in the future.)
Homes in these towers start in the $530s at Walton on the Park and top out at $4.9 million at The Elysian. Expect to see more updates from Yo as these buildings continue their climb into the River North skyline.
