We’ve just been reading up on Centro 18, an upcoming development of condos and townhomes slated for a site on 18th Street, two blocks west of Halsted Street. In an enlightened move, the developer seems to be in the midst of creating a bilingual Web site (English and Spanish). Forgive Yo’s butchering of the Spanish language in the amateurish headline, by the way.
Few details are available on the project, but the developer appears to be taking reservations, with a plan to grand open in the fall. Condos are apparently priced from the $190s.
