The three buildings, which were not designated historic landmarks, front Wabash Avenue just north of its intersection with Monroe Street. The team of Mesa Development and architects Solomon Cordwell Buenz previously incorporated the streetscape’s older architecture into its successful Heritage at Millennium Park high-rise.
