David Lereah has remained the darling of journalists and a go-to source for housing stories even though he left his post as chief economist at the National Association of Realtors to become an executive vice president at Move.com. He has been quoted widely during recent days, which is understandable given his expertise and record as a housing market soothsayer.
Lereah’s previous books include “Are You Missing the Real Estate Boom? Why Home Values and Other Real Estate Investments Will Climb Through the End of the Decade,” as well as “Why the Real Estate Boom will not Bust – And How You Can Profit From It – How to Build Wealth in Today’s Expanding Real Estate Market.”
His upcoming book, “Kaboom! So the Real Estate Bust Is Crushing Your Family…You Didn’t Take Me Seriously Before, Did You? ‘Cause I Was Only Kidding. You Knew That, Right?” is due out in spring 2008.
