Here’s a look at 224 W St Paul Ave, which Sudler Sotheby’s is marketing. Heartland Construction Group has installed new Marvin windows, but it looks like there’s still some work to be done around the entryway. The development has four rehabbed condos with two or three bedrooms and a coach house in the rear. Units have stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, cherry cabinets, fireplaces and central air conditioning. Prices range from the $420s to the $690s.
