Raul Raymundo, chief executive officer and co-founder of The Resurrection Project, offers some observations on Chicago’s immigrant population and its ties to the city’s economy and its neighborhoods’ redevelopment. Raymundo was one of four guests interviewed during LISC/Chicago’s “Back to the Future” panel prior to the 16th annual Chicago Neighborhood Development Awards, held in February 2010.
