Home builders, eager to reach buyers in a soft market, are making their offers in unexpected places on the Web.
Some of the more creative efforts we’ve seen lately come from Belgravia Group‘s 565 Quincy loft / high-rise in the West Loop. Belgravia recently added a listing for 565 Quincy at Yelp, and is offering a $25 gift certificate to buyers who tour its model and mention Yelp.
565 Quincy also created a Facebook page to keep Facebookers up to date on its progress. A Brooklyn development recently began offering $1,000 discounts to buyers who’ve signed on as fans of its Sterling Green Facebook page.
