What’s the biggest draw at MCL Companies‘ ParkView? Joe Zekas gave MCL President / CEO Dan McLean the chance to make a sales pitch, and the developer started not with the building’s location or price points, but with a description of the new park that gives the tower its name, and the underground garage on which its built. (The park, he says, could be considered “the biggest green roof done to date.”) In this video, McLean discusses the park’s development and even gives a status update on ParkView’s second tower, which is still on the docket.
