Some of Chicago’s high-rises are almost neighborhoods unto themselves. Join YoChicago for a four-part walk through Malibu East Condominium, a 45-story 496-unit high-rise at 6033 N. Sheridan Rd. Our tour guide is Helen Wagner, a broker who’s had her office in the building for 17 years.
Part one, above, focuses on Malibu East’s extensive common areas, which include a mall – complete with a beauty shop, bank, cleaners, medical offices and convenience store.
In the second and third videos, we take you through a two-bedroom unit and a two-bedroom corner unit, and out onto the balconies for some sweeping views.
In the final part of our tour, we talk a bit about Malibu East’s immediate neighborhood.
