MK Development Group is in the midst of a gut rehab on the vintage courtyard building at 3727 N Milwaukee Ave in Old Irving Park. Old Irving Place will have 72 two-bedroom condos with new steel balconies (which we’re hoping they don’t tack on to the parts of the facade that have ornamental masonry) and new-construction interiors. The building will have new plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems, and the developer is also adding an exercise facility. Prices range from the $170s to the $240s.
