As promised, here’s a photo of Smithfield Development’s Modern Momentum project at 151 N State St in the Loop.
I was a little perplexed by this comment from last weekend’s post on the high-rise; MoMo, it seems, was renamed the Joffrey Tower when the titular ballet company signed a lease for 45,000 square feet on floors three and four.
The @properties team still uses the MoMo moniker to market the last few for-sale residences. Maybe an official name change will take place when the Joffrey Ballet takes occupancy of the new facility this summer?
