The gloves came off yesterday in the comments section of a post about a new six-unit condo development at 1437 W Diversey Pkwy, with most of the ire directed at the frosted glass balconies facing Diversey Parkway. However, that wasn’t the only example of frosted glass I found while taking photos on the northern edge of Lincoln Park yesterday. Here’s another new development with glass balconies, located just around the block from 1437 West Diversey.
The three units in the building at right in the above photo just came on the market a few weeks ago, according to Karen Biazar with the North Clybourn Group. The building is located at 2738 N Southport Ave, and all three homes are currently for sale.
The first-floor unit is a three-bedroom / 2.5-bath duplex that’s priced in the $790s, while the second- and third-floor condos each have two bedrooms and 2.5 baths, and they’re both priced in the $580s. The two single-floor units have roof rights, and all of the homes come with garage parking. The homes can be ready for delivery within 60 days.
