We know, we’re obsessed with lofts today. But bear with us while we give props to commenter JJ who pointed out that we left 123 North Sangamon lofts (pictured above) out of our list of current Chicago loft developments. The project will contain one- and two-bedroom lofts starting in the $200s. Details about amenities are scarce right now, but At Properties says the grand opening will happen soon.
JJ also suggested Brixton Lofts, located at 1100 W Washington St in the West Loop and developed by The Brixton Group, but that project is sold out as far as we can tell and so doesn’t qualify as a current loft development. The Brixton Group is also developing C/A 23 in the West Loop, at 23 N Aberdeen St, but since this building is brand new construction, Yo does not consider it a true loft.
