The last two units I visited during the 235 Van Buren broker open house on Thursday were on two of the tower’s highest accessible floors, the 24th and 27th. The first you see in this video is a compact one-bedroom / one-bath with a south-facing balcony. (See the floorplan at bottom left.) The second (bottom right) was a two-bedroom / two-bath situated near the tower’s northwest corner, just a strong stone’s-throw away from 311 South Wacker, Willis Tower, and the river.
