We’ve already had a look at Galewood Station and the site of Galewood Crossings, a massive new community bringing 187 new housing units to the Galewood neighborhood. We’ve spotted a few more condo developments that have popped up in the area, including 1837 N Harlem Ave (left), which sits across from a new Staples store, and 7162 W Grand Ave (right), a twelve-unit condo building with front and rear balconies. Both developments have three-bedroom units and prices starting around the $260s, which includes parking.
