When we last visited McKinley Gardens in August, construction of the 69 three- and four-bedroom townhomes was still in its infancy. Since then, a great deal of progress has been made at the Warman Development project, located at 3250 S Western Ave. Agent Kenneth Monarrez of Dream Town, which is marketing McKinley Gardens, notes that 95 percent of phase one is sold and several units have already closed. Pre-construction pricing for phase two, scheduled to be completed in six to eight months, is still available, he says.
